I think it came with the recent update, but this glitch is hilarious. It does not provide any advantage whatsoever, just visually hilarious.
How to do the glitch:
- Buy the scout
- Crouch and aim in with the scout
- Shoot a couple of times while aimed in and crouched
- Eventually you will be crab walking at the normal running speed
I did not find this glitch.
